Sales Support Coordinator/ Sales Support Administrator (Part-time)

Are you a detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for organization and customer service? Our client, a world-renowned manufacturing firm, is seeking a proactive and reliable Sales Support Coordinator/ Sales Support Administrator to join their dynamic team on a part-time basis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and process customer sample requests with accuracy and efficiency
  • Liaise with the regulatory team to secure necessary documentation
  • Maintain and update customer product databases
  • Cross-check internal and external product codes for consistency
  • Coordinate the timely distribution of samples to clients
  • Support general administrative duties and perform data validation tasks


Role Details

  • Employment Type: Part-Time
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday
  • Option 1: 09:00 – 13:00
  • Option 2: 13:30 – 17:30
  • Salary Range: HKD 10,000 – 15,000/month


Ideal Candidate

  • Available to start immediately
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Prior experience in sales support is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
