Are you a detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for organization and customer service? Our client, a world-renowned manufacturing firm, is seeking a proactive and reliable Sales Support Coordinator/ Sales Support Administrator to join their dynamic team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and process customer sample requests with accuracy and efficiency
- Liaise with the regulatory team to secure necessary documentation
- Maintain and update customer product databases
- Cross-check internal and external product codes for consistency
- Coordinate the timely distribution of samples to clients
- Support general administrative duties and perform data validation tasks
Role Details
- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Option 1: 09:00 – 13:00
- Option 2: 13:30 – 17:30
- Salary Range: HKD 10,000 – 15,000/month
Ideal Candidate
- Available to start immediately
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience in sales support is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
