Requirements:
- Level 2 or above in Chinese and English Language in HKDSE or HKCEE, or equivalent
- Have at least 2 years post-qualification full-time office work experience (secretarial / administrative experiences or experience in a government-run office is preferred)
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese; fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage
- Have a typing speed of 30 wpm in Chinese and 40 wpm in English
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel applications (including mail merge function)

Job Duties:
- To provide general clerical support, including records filing, data entry and retrieval of documents
- To type, input and collate returns and report
- To assist in the collection of bi-monthly consumables from the government stores and their distribution among teams
- To provide mailing service
- To dispatch office documents within the office and to/from other offices under urgent circumstances
- To provide logistics support to office recruitment exercise when necessary
- To perform other duties as may be assigned by senior officers
