Part-time Accounts Clerk (AR) / 兼職會計文員

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Account Receivables including bad debt recovery
  • Aging monitoring and reporting
  • Validate contracts and billing support documents
  • Assist in routine of AR operations
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties as required


Requirements:

  • Certificate holder in Business related discipline or other studying fields also welcome
  • Knowledge of common office machines and equipment (Printer / Scanner)
  • Sound knowledge and experience in MS applications (MS Excel) is a must
  • Good skill in basic mathematics
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • A team player & like to communicate
  • Responsible, proactive, accurate & organized


Working Location: 

  • Tsing Yi (Free Shuttle Bus Services)


Working Schedule:

  • 1 -3 days per week (9:00a.m. to 5p.m.), 16 working hours per week
