職責:
• 準備及提供茶、咖啡及基本飲品
• 清洗杯子、盤子及餐具;保持茶水間衛生
• 保持茶水間檯面及設備清潔有序
• 定期檢查並報告茶水間消耗品(牛奶、咖啡、零食、紙巾、清潔用品)的庫存量
• 協助茶歇及內部活動餐飲準備;處理活動後清潔工作
• 與外部清潔承包商協調(每日17:00清潔)
• 處理臨時清潔需求(例如會議室溢出物、垃圾桶滿溢)
• 定期檢查茶水間/冰箱物品,丟棄過期物品
• 按需要支援害蟲防治及植物維護供應商服務
• 支援接待/行政團隊的其他臨時職務
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and basic beverages
• Wash cups, dishes, and utensils; maintain pantry hygiene
• Keep pantry countertops and equipment clean and organized
• Regularly check and report stock levels of pantry consumables (milk, coffee, snacks, tissues, cleaning supplies)
• Assist with tea breaks and internal event catering setup; handle post-event cleanup
• Coordinate with external cleaning contractor (daily 17:00 cleaning)
• Handle ad-hoc cleaning needs (e.g., meeting room spills, overflowing bins)
• Check pantry/refrigerator items regularly and dispose of expired items
• Support pest control and plant maintenance vendor services as needed
• Support receptionist/admin team with other ad-hoc duties
