Part-time HR & Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
  • Handle administrative duties such as document preparation, filing, and office coordination
  • Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Collaborate with team members to meet organizational needs


Requirements:

  • Strong background in HR and administrative roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a strong aptitude for numbers
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., HRIS or payroll software) is a strong advantage
  • Proactive, hardworking, and quick-thinking with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
  • Working Hour: 1) Mon to Fri, 1400-1800 or 2) Mon, Thu, Fri, 1000-1800
  • Immediate availability is preferred
