Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
- Handle administrative duties such as document preparation, filing, and office coordination
- Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Collaborate with team members to meet organizational needs
Requirements:
- Strong background in HR and administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a strong aptitude for numbers
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., HRIS or payroll software) is a strong advantage
- Proactive, hardworking, and quick-thinking with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
- Working Hour: 1) Mon to Fri, 1400-1800 or 2) Mon, Thu, Fri, 1000-1800
- Immediate availability is preferred
