Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and basic beverages
- Wash cups, dishes, and utensils; maintain pantry hygiene
- Keep pantry countertops and equipment clean and organized
- Regularly check and report stock levels of pantry consumables (milk, coffee, snacks, tissues, cleaning supplies)
- Assist with tea breaks and internal event catering setup; handle post-event cleanup
- Coordinate with external cleaning contractor (daily 17:00 cleaning)
- Handle ad-hoc cleaning needs (e.g., meeting room spills, overflowing bins)
- Check pantry/refrigerator items regularly and dispose of expired items
- Support pest control and plant maintenance vendor services as needed
- Support receptionist/admin team with other ad-hoc duties
