HR Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily human resources administrative duties, including attendance checking, Payroll, MPF, insurance enrollment, etc.
  • Maintain staff records and HR system including payroll calculation, leave management etc.
  • Performing clerical duties, such as data input and filing
  • Responsible for general administrative work, supporting daily office operation and employee engagement activities
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Knowledge in Employment Ordinance, payroll and MPF
  • Familiar with computer skills such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  •  Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Responsible and proactive team player who is willing to learn
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
