Responsibilities:
• Execute accurate data entry, voucher and journal preparation;
• Manage end-to-end payments, receipts, and employee expense claims;
• Handle the calculation and recording of revenue, provisions, and accruals;
• Review bank reconciliation;
• Handle month-end closing process and compile comprehensive accounting schedules;
• Assist in the coordination and execution of annual financial audits;
• Collaborate in optimizing daily accounting workflows and processes for enhanced efficiency;
• Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on in-house accounting experience, with a focus on bookkeeping;
• Possession of LCCI Level 3 qualification with Distinction;
• High proficiency in using MS Excel, Word and Chinese word-processing software;
• Fluent Communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
• Proactive self-starter with a strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment;
• Strong interpersonal skills with effective cross-team collaboration and clear financial communication.
