Requirements
Diploma or above
At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience, especial in Call centre industry
Good knowledge of MPF in preferable
Able to speak clearly and handle difficult customers
Know how to check customer details using internal systems
Can solve problems calmly and effectively
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Key Responsibilities
Answer Customer Calls Handle incoming calls from customers, including general enquiries and complaints.
Check Communication Quality ensure clear, professional, and effective communication with customers
Follow Up on Complaints Help resolve outstanding issues by following up and making sure updates are shared.
Keep Records Maintain logs of complaint cases and assist with basic reporting.
Help with Other Tasks Carry out other duties as assigned by the team leader or manager.
