What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels.
- Recruitment process management: Arrange job interviews, salary negotiation and offer management to ensure the successful placement of your Candidates
- Business Development: Seek out and build relationships with new and existing clients to identify new roles and build your relationships
Who are we looking for:
- Diploma or above holder with at least one year recruitment experience
- High proficiency in English and Chinese with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn and adept in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team player who enjoys working in a team-based environment
What We offer:
- $20 K to 27 K depending on experience + commission
- 12 to 18 days annual leave
