Guide students through the end-to-end process of creating a capstone project, from ideation to a functional demo.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
1. Essential Technical Skills:
Unity Proficiency:
Solid practical experience with the Unity Engine and Editor.
Proficiency in C# programming for game mechanics (eg, controlling GameObjects, collision detection, user input).
Understanding of core Unity concepts: GameObjects, Transforms, Prefabs, Rigidbodies, and basic Ul.
Microbit & Physical Computing:
Hands-on experience programming the BBC Microbit, preferably using the MakeCode platform.
Ability to utilize Microbit features such as the accelerometer, buttons, LED matrix, and serial communication.
Understanding of how to send and read data from a Microbit to a computer.
General Programming:
Strong foundational knowledge of programming concepts: variables, conditionals, loops, functions, and events.
Bonus Skill: Experience with serial communication protocols and integrating hardware with software
