As part of the region's largest Consultancy Group, we are now seeking for a highly motivated individual for the role of Corporate Recruiter to pursue strategic growth opportunities in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities by prospecting new clients through market mapping and business meetings
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions and advice on sourcing the right talent
- Involve in strategic planning and execution to improve team sales
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on division's performance
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Business, Languages or any other related majors
- Self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
