Responsibilities:
1. Assist in designing and determining graphic contents to be used mainly
on internal communication platforms of the Force and social media platforms for general public
2. Assist in designing contents for posts to publicize anti-deception messages any media, including, but not limited to, radio channels, TV, video walls, the Internet and multi-media advertisements on public transports, and at seminars, exhibitions and other public functions/ activities
3. Assist in script writing and determining contents to be used in press conference and on social media platforms of the Force, taking into consideration the current public sentiment
4. Assist in graphic production including creating infographic designs with a view to upholding positive and professional image of the Force
5. Conduct researches on local and overseas in respect of the use of social media and any areas as directed
6. Set up computer equipment for graphic design
Requirements:
1. A degree holder, or equivalent, in the disciplines of Media Design/ Communication Design/ Graphic Design/ Public Relations and Advertising Design
2. At least 5 years of full time post-qualification working experience in design, public relations, community engagement, corporate communication or social media marketing in a sizeable organization, with the use of mobile applications, digital platforms and/ or social media platforms
3. Attained Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent
4. Be proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
5. Be proficient in software applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe InDesign, Canva and generative AI (Including DALL-E, Midjourney, OpenArt and Stable Diffusion), Knowledge of video and animation editing and experience in design and editing of websites are considered an advantage
6. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be a good team player with creativity and dynamism, attentive to details, and able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
7. Able to plan, execute and manage projects independently to achieve the communications goals
8. Be able to understand user requirements and illustrate the workflow by creating a user interface prototype
9. Good presentational and interpersonal skills
