Part-Time HR & Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions including but not limited to Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits and Employee Relations;
  • Assisting with the coordination of HR activities, such as the Employee Engagement;
  • Responsible for some of the company administrative tasks;
  • Participate in other ad-hoc project as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in HRM or related disciplines;
  • At least one year of relevant working experience, preferable in F&B segment;
  • Familiar with Hong Kong related Ordinance, such as Employment Ordinance and MPF Scheme Ordinance etc.;
  • A team player with initiatives, detail-minded, patient, and able to meet timelines;
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Vlookup & Pivot Table;
  • Immediate available is most preferred

Working Time

Three days a week (Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), or other times can be suggested.
