The Department
The Membership Strategy Department plays an essential role in providing co-ordination and administrative support, and amenities to the Club's 29,000 Members and their families.
Job Duties:
• Assist in MCRM cases logging, assigning and monitoring. The cases include Feedbacks, Incidents and Service Requests
• Respond to Members' enquiry submitted via email and App promptly and accurately, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
• Maintain detailed records of Member’s communication and follow ups in MCRM
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure Members’ enquiries are addressed effectively.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Duty Managers
Requirement:
• Form 6 or above
• A minimum of 2 years' working experience in the Customer Service or Hotel field is preferred
• Proficient in typing and composing emails in English and Chinese (Traditional)
• Strong written and communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Independent, self-motivated, organized and positive mindset
• Proficient in PC skills, including hands-on application of MS office such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Working Hours:
Must be able to work at least 2 days per week, from 9:30am to 6:30pm

Hourly Pay:
$91.5/hour
