1. Calendar & Time Management
• Scheduling and prioritizing meetings with mall management, suppliers, investors, and internal team.
• Blocking travel and personal time effectively, ensuring no conflicts.
• Preparing agendas, ensure accurate of each meeting.
2. Communication & Gatekeeping
• Acting as the first point of contact for partners, landlords, vendors, and VIP customers.
• Drafting polished emails, proposals, or follow-ups (formal letter will be required).
• Filtering the messages/requests and report to CEO.
3. Travel & Logistics
• Handling all travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport), especially for expansion trips (e.g., Shanghai, Singapore, Tokyo).
• Coordinating with malls and local agents for store visits.
4. Document & Information Management
• Keeping track of contracts, mall agreements, lease renewals, and supplier documents.
• Preparing reports and presentations for CEO (sales, expansion updates, staff performance).
5. Project Coordination
• Following up with HR, Accounting, and Store Managers to keep company work smoothly.
• Tracking expansion timelines (renovations, opening dates, licensing).
• Acting as a “bridge” to communicate will different stakeholders and report to CEO.
6. Personal Support
• Booking personal appointments, dining reservations, and private matters that CEO assigned.
• Handling credit card statements, memberships (like Amex, hotel loyalty), etc.
