Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, candidate screening, interviewing scheduling
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates
- Maintain HR records and analyze metrics to improve recruitment planning and data-driven decision making
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Work independently, Mature
- A good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
