Job Duties:
-Data Entry
-Administrative Work
-Book-keeping / Basic Accounting
-Basic Secretarial, Clerical Duties (Must be detail oriented)
-Packaging, Labelling
-Taking Photos and Basic Photo-editing
-Prepares and Participates in HK Exhibitions
-Receives MAINLY OVERSEAS Enquiries, Make Quotations, Prepare Orders, Issue Invoices & Packing Lists
-Manages sales orders from order receipt to order delivery, including Quality Assurances Checks, Shipment -Preparation, Payment Handling
-Other Ad-hoc Duties as required
Requirements:
-Form 5 or higher
-3 years+ working experience
-Excellent in spoken & written English is a MUST
-Excellent in spoken & written Cantonese/Chinese
-Basic Putonghua
-Basic computer skills, English (50wpm) & Chinese typing, MS Office
-Honest, Responsible, Work Independently, Detail Oriented!
-Stable & looking to stay for long-term!
This position has flexible working hour:
-around 20 hours per week total.
-4-5 working days per week, half day or discuss.
-suitable candidate has potential to change to full day/full time.
