Job Description
- Monitor and provide administrative support to Admin and HR Team
- Assist HR and Admin team to prepare administrative duties
- Responsible for daily logistics operations
- Handle customer inquiry, issue invoices, attendance, interview arrangement
- Work closely with the team members
- Participate in other ad-hoc projects assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
- HKCEE / HKDSE level or diploma holder in related discipline
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint'
- Details-minded, outgoing, positive with strong sense of responsibility
- Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediately available is preferred
