Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the corporate sales and marketing team, including online sales enquiries, data entry, filing, and invoicing
- Assist with the preparation of sales quotation, invoice, product information and related documents
- Assist to delivery coupons and manage credit payment from clients
- Assist in POS, Stock Take | Balancing and day-end reporting
- Assist in exhibition booth and roadshow including set-up, stock taking, payment and packing
- Follow up clients' enquiries
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the smooth operation of the sales function
Requirements:
- Great organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Proficient in MS Office & Chinese Processing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholder
