Accounting Clerk / Officer 會計文員 / 主任

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Accounts Receivable tasks, including billing, receipts, and customer refunds
  • Issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner
  • Verify vendor invoices and prepare settlement schedules
  • Coordinate offset arrangements with overseas carriers
  • Prepare AR/AP aging reports and perform credit control
  • Prepare journals, month-end reports and reconciliations to support account closing and performance monitoring

    Requirements:
      • Diploma / Certificate holder in Accounting related disciplines 
      • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience 
      • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel 
      • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
