HR Consultant [Senior-Level Recruitment]
Job Description
- Partner with clients to define hiring needs and develop search strategies.
- Source, interview, and assess candidates for senior-level roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university (within 5 years).
- Nearly native English proficiency; Cantonese a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation and multitasking skills.
- Immediate availability preferred.
