HR Consultant [Senior-Level Recruitment]

Job Description

• Partner with clients to define hiring needs and develop search strategies.
• Source, interview, and assess candidates for senior-level roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university (within 5 years).
• Nearly native English proficiency; Cantonese a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and multitasking skills.
• Immediate availability preferred.
