Requirement:
- Have a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in design, creative media or related disciplines;
- Solid working experience as designer in creative/graphic/advertising design, public relations, social media agencies or recognizable creative cases.
- working experience in Government or public service sector will be advantage.
- Experience of branding works/promotional materials design and production in environmental-related projects will be an advantage.
- Have met the language proficiency requirement of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
- Have good knowledge and skills in graphic and publicity design, and proficiency in software applications (including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro). Knowledge and skills in photo-editing and video-editing is advantageous; and
- Be able to speak fluent Cantonese, and possess good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Duties:
- To design publicity and advertising materials, including print and digital designs, which will be used in outreaching and promotional activities;
- To update the publicity and advertising materials timely in accordance to the latest developments and operational needs;
- To monitor the progress and follow up the production of publicity and advertising materials;
- To assist in managing the brand for facilities and services under the branding and outreaching publicity programmes;
- To organize and deliver workshops for strengthening dept. staff’s capability in using software applications, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.; and
- To perform any other duties assigned as appropriate.
