Event coordinator (Welcome fresh grad.)

💼 About the Role

Are you looking to kickstart your career in event administration? Our Event Team is seeking a highly motivated Temporary Co-ordinator to support high-level conferences, business seminars, and professional gatherings. You'll gain hands-on experience in event logistics, coordination, and general administration—all in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.


Requirement:

  1. HKCEE/HKDSE with Level 2 / Grade E or above in Chinese & English (“Syllabus B” before 2007)
  2. Experience: 1-year relevant experience preferred—but fresh grads are welcome
  3. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  4. Strong communication and organisational skills
  5. Fluent Cantonese, good command of English & Putonghua
  6. Personality: Proactive, team-oriented, and flexible to work occasional weekends or outside office hours

Duties:

  • Assist with event logistics and coordination
  • Provide on-site support during events
  • Handle administrative tasks and reporting
  • Support supervisors with ad hoc duties
