Our Event Team is seeking a highly motivated Temporary Co-ordinator to support high-level conferences, business seminars, and professional gatherings. You'll gain hands-on experience in event logistics, coordination, and general administration—all in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Requirement:
- HKCEE/HKDSE with Level 2 / Grade E or above in Chinese & English (“Syllabus B” before 2007)
- Experience: 1-year relevant experience preferred—but fresh grads are welcome
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Fluent Cantonese, good command of English & Putonghua
- Personality: Proactive, team-oriented, and flexible to work occasional weekends or outside office hours
Duties:
- Assist with event logistics and coordination
- Provide on-site support during events
- Handle administrative tasks and reporting
- Support supervisors with ad hoc duties
