Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of shops in Hong Kong
- Monitor market trends, assist in formulating operational and inventory management strategies, and regularly review, optimize, and report on team performance
- Proactively implement brand strategies and business development initiatives to enhance service quality, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and profitability targets
- Demonstrate leadership and people management skills to foster a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team environment and culture
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to sales staff to enhance individual and team performance and profitability
- Effectively communicate company information to assigned stores, offering guidance and support to sales staff
- Plan staffing arrangements for each shop based on labor needs, available working hours, and budget considerations
- Analyze past sales records and market trends to forecast product demand, collaborating closely with store managers to ensure sufficient inventory for sales
- Actively support the company's marketing initiatives to drive profitability
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in beauty retail and wellness industry of which 4 years or more in supervisory level or position. For the candidates who has more experience, will be considered as Regional Manager
- Passionate in retail and beauty
- Strong decision-making skills and business acumen, with the ability to quickly understand and process commercial information and make effective, timely decisions
- Proactive and driven, with the ability to lead and motivate team members to achieve profitability targets
- Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities, with a proactive approach to development and guidance
- Strong data analysis capabilities
- Fluent in Cantonese, proficient in English, and basic proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to read and write in both Chinese and English.
