Accounts Officer (5-day work)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all payments of the Group.
- Keep proper records of annual budget and contracts signed by Accounts Dept.
- Assist to handle refunds to customers (by cheques or credit slips) on time & accurately.
- Assist to prepare the refund claim of TIC levy duties.
- Monthly calculate the airline commission kick-back.
- Ad hoc assignment.
Requirements:
- Form 5 graduate, and holder of LCC Intermediate or above qualification.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferable in travel industry.
- Hard-working, able to work under pressure and work independently, and have good inter-personal skills.
- Good at written and spoken English and Chinese, and preferably in Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing, Emails, etc.
