Our client is looking for Human Resources Executive to provide all round services including C&B, onboarding operation and employee welfare support.
Job Descriptions:
- Manage and support employee onboarding, employment contract preparations and working visa coordination
- Administer and coordinate the payroll function of all staff including new joiners, leavers, permanent and temporary staff, etc.
- Reconcile payroll data against system and other relevant records
- Arrange full off-boarding process of leavers
- Compile staff cost information, such as monthly overtime payment, to other departments for cost analysis purpose
- Maintain accurate staff records in HRIS
- Administrate employees' benefits schemes, such as group medical insurance scheme, staff wellness program, annual bonus program of the Company
- Handle the ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources or related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years relevant experiences in HR industries
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinances
- Good communications skills and can work under pressure
- Strong Excel skills, detail-oriented and number sensitive
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
