Our project team is seeking a skilled Project Assistant with expertise in the tobacco industry. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to Retail Trade Operations, Key Accounts Management, Business Development, and Brand Ambassador Coordination.
Working Days:
• 3-day workweek (Friday, Saturday & Public Holidays – 18:30 – 02:00, Monday – 10:00 – 19:00)
• With occasional ad-hoc work if required
Working Locations:
• Quarry Bay & Kwun Tong
• Various field locations within HK
(contracted outlets, e.g bars, restaurants, outdoor event venues, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager or Supervisor in planning, coordinating, and executing operational tasks.
- Support and enhance retail trade operations to meet business objectives.
- Assist in managing key accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication.
- Collaborate on business development initiatives, identifying opportunities to boost growth.
- Coordinate and provide operational support for Brand Ambassadors, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and field activities.
- Conduct field visits to contracted outlets, e.g. bars, restaurants, and event venues …etc as part of daily duties.
- Prepare and share reports and insights to improve operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the tobacco industry or FMCG sector is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to manage tasks in a fieldwork-oriented environment.
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in analyzing insights to deliver valuable recommendations for improvement.
- Willingness to work on public holidays when required.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Immediate availability is preferable.
