Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite basic troubleshooting for hardware support
- Escalate complex or higher level troubleshooting issue to vendor support / supervisor
- Perform various IT projects such as hardware installation, inventory checking, OS migration, office relocation
- Other IT related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years relevant working experience in Field service will be highly preferred
- Basic PC knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, good communication skill and capable to work under pressure
- Available for working in Chai Wan and in multi-location
- Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
