[Banking] Telemarketing Specialist

Salary：20k - 25k + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Promote credit card and card loan products via telephone sales, develop new clients, and maintain existing relationships to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Analyze customer needs, tailor product solutions, and deliver professional financial consultation to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with branch marketing teams and partners to explore customer resources in high-frequency consumption scenarios (e.g., retail brands, e-commerce platforms) and drive business synergy.
• Collect and report market trends and customer feedback to support product strategy and sales process optimization.
• Strictly comply with financial regulations and internal policies to ensure sales practices are standardized.
• Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• College degree or above, preferably in finance, marketing, business administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of telephone sales or financial industry sales experience; familiarity with credit card/loan products is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and resilience, capable of handling high-volume calls and resolving customer objections effectively.
• Result-driven with excellent customer service orientation and teamwork spirit.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT) with basic data analysis skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
