Our client, a well-established NGO, is championing a training project to promote financial literacy of the elderly population in Hong Kong. They are looking for a number of individuals from the banking and finance sector to deliver finance-related training courses to the elderly in different districts throughout Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver training courses aiming at improving financial literacy of the elderly
- Manage the classroom and make use of interactive activities to facilitate positive learning and encourage sharing
- Manage participants’ learning progress through active listening and constructive feedback
- Adapt teachings to the elderly learners to maximize learning effectiveness
- Evaluate training effectiveness and offer suggestions for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Solid experience from the banking, finance, wealth management or related business sectors a must
- Experience in delivering financial related training
- Good knowledge on latest financial products, financial literacy topics and market trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and training skills
- Enjoy interacting with the elderly
- Proficient in Cantonese and English
Work Location: Choice of different districts in Hong Kong
