工作內容 Job Responsibilities
- 負責日常營運，確保網球場日常運作順暢
To oversee the day-to-day operation, to make sure daily operation of the tennis courts smoothly.
- 為會員提供優質及高效的服務
Providing members with quality and efficient services.
- 確保網球場運作順暢，包括清潔、安全及設施維護
Ensure smooth operation of the Tennis courts including cleaning, safety and maintenance of the facilities.
- 回應日常查詢及處理投訴
Provide good manner to the members and answer daily enquiries and deal with complaints.
- 處理當值櫃台工作，包括設施預約、停車場安排、課程報名及年度比賽等事宜
Handle counter duties, facilities bookings, carpark, course applications and annual tournament.
- 提供行政支援及物流服務
Provide administrative support and logistics services.
- 執行上級或管理層指派的其他臨時工作
Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by superior/management.
- 需要輪班工作
Shift duty is required.
要求 Requirements- 持有體育／康樂／休閒／酒店管理或相關學科的高級文憑或以上學歷，具最少2-3年相關工作經驗
Higher Diploma or above in Sports/Recreation/Leisure/Hotel Management or related disciplines with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience;
- 良好的團隊合作精神，以會員為本，並具備良好人際溝通技巧
Good Team Player, member-oriented with strong interpersonal skills;
- 良好的中英文書寫及會話能力
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English;
- 熟悉使用 Microsoft Office 辦公軟件
Hands-on experience in MS Office;
- 主動、勤奮、能獨立工作 ; 需於星期六、日及公眾假期輪班工作
Self-motivated, diligent and able to work independently ; Willing to perform shift duty including Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays.
