Job Responsibilities
Provide high quality and customer-friendly counter services to customers
Handle daily financial transactions and customers' enquiries
Refer Customers to respective colleagues in satisfying customer’s other financial needs
Provide excellent service in handling customer issues and enquiries in a timely, problem-free and responsive manner
Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; and
Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work
Requirements
Have 1year banking customer services / Teller experience
Strong desire to develop career in banking industry
Customer-oriented, independent, pro-active, and presentable
Strong commitment and good communication skills
Basic PC knowledge
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Work location: Branch placement will be subject to hiring team's final decision
