Key Responsibilities:.
Recruitment: Finding and hiring new employees by posting job ads, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
Onboarding: Helping new hires get acclimated to the company by organizing orientation and training sessions.
Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Assisting in performance reviews and helping set goals for employee development.
Training and Development: Organizing training programs to help employees improve their skills.
Compensation and Benefits: Managing payroll, employee benefits, and ensuring fair compensation practices.
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Business
Human Resources - Working experience 3 years or above (3-7 years full time experience)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
