Survey Officer - (Quantity) Support (Highways Department)

Responsibilities:

• Take quantities and measurement of the contractors’ work
• Process interim payments and final payments for the Contractor's works
• Assess and make recommendation to the Project Manager for the compensation events
• Conduct independent checking for the associated measurement work
• Perform any other duties assigned by Engineer/Project Coordinator/Senior Inspector of Works/Inspector of Works/Assistant Inspector of Works/Works Quality Manager/Assistant Inspector of Works Support

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies, Civil Engineering or Surveying (Quantity) from a Hong Kong polytechnic university/polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or a technical institute/technical college, or equivalent
• Level 2/Grade E or above in Chinese Language and in English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent
