Key Responsibilities:
- Support buying activities by assisting in product selection, negotiating with suppliers, and placing purchase orders.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, top-performing products, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with suppliers to track order status, manage deliveries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Support in developing pricing strategies based on market research and competitive analysis.
- Handle general administrative tasks and provide support to the merchandising team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
