Our client is a Hong Kong listed company, they are hiring an Assistant Admin Officer to join their dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a thriving organization while supporting a range of administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
Provide support to the Manager, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, arranging travel, and handling correspondence
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, and participate in departmental meetings and business activities
Liaise with internal and external parties for various business activities and projects
Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Degree or above, with level 4 in HKDSE English
Fluent in Cantonese, good command of written and spoken English,
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
