Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service at the frontline teller counter.
- Handle customer inquiries, transactions, and account-related services efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with banking procedures and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold a positive and customer-focused environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a frontline teller in a banking environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
- No licensing exams or sales targets required.
Note: Candidates must have recent teller experience within the last two years; applications without this experience will not be considered.
