HR Officer (Recruitment & Compensation)
📍 Location: Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong
💰 Salary: HKD 23,000–30,000/month x 12
Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Officer to lead recruitment, manage compensation & benefits, and oversee HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring to attract top talent.
✅ Compensation & Benefits: Handle offer packages, appraisals, salary reviews, and manpower planning.
✅ HR Operations: Ensure compliance with HK labor laws, including MPF offsetting & tax matters.
✅ Market Knowledge: Stay updated on HK labor laws; China & SEA knowledge is a bonus.
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
💼 3–10 years of HR experience, ideally in an MNC/large organization.
📚 Strong knowledge of recruitment, compensation & HK labor laws.
🌏 Familiarity with China/SEA labor markets is an advantage.
Additional Opportunity:
They are also hiring an HR Team Head with similar duties but at a higher level.
💰 Salary: HKD 33,000–40,000/month x 12
