Job Summary:
Seeking an HR Officer to lead recruitment, manage compensation & benefits, and oversee HR operations. Ideal candidate has 3–10 years of HR experience in an MNC or large organization, with strong knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws. Familiarity with China & Southeast Asia markets is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring to attract top talent.
✅ Compensation & Benefits: Handle offer packages, appraisals, salary reviews, and manpower planning.
✅ HR Operations: Ensure compliance with HK labor laws, including MPF offsetting & tax matters.
✅ Market Knowledge: Stay updated on HK labor laws; China & SEA knowledge is a bonus.
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
💼 3–10 years of HR experience, ideally in an MNC/large org.
📚 Strong knowledge of recruitment, compensation & HK labor laws.
🌏 Familiarity with China/SEA labor markets is an advantage.
