Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails, respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information on products and services
- Process orders, and other customer transactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in both English and Cantonese
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
