Contract Officer (MPF case & complaint handling, up to $25k)
Responsibilities
- Deliver timely support to clients regarding issues and complaints related to MPF administration, both verbally and in writing
- Provide professional responses and suggest solutions to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and follow-up, which may involve checking or gathering additional information and conducting investigations
- Assist other teams as needed in resolving inquiries or complaints
Requirements
- Higher diploma or degree holder
- At least 1-year relevant experience in a related field (preferably in MPF, insurance, banking and finance, compliance, complaint handling, account servicing, etc.) with duties in customer service nature
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a definite advantage
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering high-quality service
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a service-oriented environment
- Experience in the MPF sector is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome
Details
- 18-month contract
- $20-25k (based on experience) + gratuity
- 5-day work, 9am-6pm (may need OT)
- Location: Tsim Sha Tsui
