The Department:
The Digital Exp & Innovation Department is responsible for leading and managing development projects of digital wagering experience and customer service digital transformation. Besides project management, its scope includes content requirement definition, user-interface and user experience design, as well as the look and feel based on customer insights and product requirements.
The Job:
You will
- Assist in the development of user interface designs for various digital products, ensuring a cohesive look and feel that aligns with our branding standards.
- Conduct research on design trends, user experience best practices, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions.
- Create and edit graphic elements, including banners, icons, and other visual assets for use in digital advertising campaigns, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and design digital promotional materials that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement.
- Help to maintain a library of design assets and templates for future use.
- Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure that all designs meet quality and brand standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design software and tools to continually improve design workflows.
About You:
You should have
- Diploma or above in Design / Web Design / Multimedia Design or related disciplines
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital design skills, particularly in UI/UX and graphic design.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Figma. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch
- Basic understanding of animation, HTMLVCSS and responsive design principles is a plus.
- Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.

Working Schedule:
- 10:00am-7:00pm (12-16 hours per week / Monday to Friday)
*Actual working hours would depend on operational needs.
