Duties:
- To assist in planning, implementing and supervise the building/facilities improvement projects
- To liaise with different government departments and their contractors of daily daily operation and related maintenance project
- To assist and monitor the implementation of house rules
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder
- At least 3 years of related experience in building management, venue operation, facility management, or property management
- Experience in government venue is an advantage
- Immediately available preferred
