Job Description:
- Maintain IT inventory and document filling
- IT procurement and disposal, settle IT related billings and monthly payments, IT day-to-day operations, user a/c management
- Provide helpdesk support service to HK office staff via IT ticketing system, including helpdesk support service PC S/W & H/W supporting service; Support improvement plans and changes to processes, systems and procedures
Skills & Requirements:
- Pursuing diploma or above in Computer Engineering or related discipline
- Knowledge of PC applications under Windows and MS Office
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, independent, possess good problem-solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
