要求:
1. 學士學位 (主修考古學、人類學、歷史學、博物館學、文物研究、美術/視覺藝術(中國藝術或相關)
2. 至少 1 年藝術、文化/文物機構工作經驗,或倉務及物流管理/ 資料準備工作經驗
3. 精通 MS Office 軟體(如 MS Word、Excel)、中文文字處理及懂得基本攝影與照片編輯
4. 具備本地考古學知識、研究、教育及文物處理經驗者優先
職責:
1. 協調考古文物的檢索和存放,並整理考古文物以進行資料準備和檢查,將涉及重物的移動和上架工作
2. 執行倉庫管理職務 (e.g. 檢查倉庫設施、監察其他部門/承包商提供的維修和保養服務並拍照記錄、整理倉庫和協助突擊檢查)
3. 統籌物品入藏及攝影工作,整理資料輸入香港考古資料庫系統及編製每月藏品報告4. 更新及檢查文物的盤點記錄
5. 保管及更新中央考古資料庫的考古報告及記錄檔案;
6. 協助維修陳列考古文物 (e.g. 點算及檢查文物、將文物固定於適當位置、除塵及清潔陳列櫃)
7. 協助處理為展覽而收回和運送的考古文物
8.執行文書職務
9.在有需要時執行臨時職務 (e.g. 協助籌辦與考古有關的教育活動、進行考古藏品研究;支援本地考古工作的後勤工作)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree (major in Archaeology, Anthropology, History, Museum Studies, Heritage Studies, Fine Arts/Visual Arts (Chinese Art), or equivalent)
2. At least 1 year of experience working in arts, cultural and/or heritage institutions, or in warehouse and logistics management, stock keeping or data preparation.
3. Proficient in MS office software (e.g. MS Word, Excel), Chinese Word processing and basic photography and photo-editing skills
4. Preferably with knowledge in local archaeology, experiences in research, education and object handling experiences
Responsibilities:
1. To coordinate the retrieval and deposition of archaeological artefacts and to arrange archaeological artefacts for data preparation and checking, moving and shelving of heavy objects will be involved
2. To perform store management duties e.g. checking of storage facilities, monitoring and taking photo records of repair and maintenance services provided by other
departments/contractors, tidying up the stores and assist in surprise inspection
3. To coordinate object accessioning and photography, to collate data input onto the Hong Kong Archaeological Archive System (“HKAAS”)and to compile monthly collection report
4. To update and check the inventory taking records of artefacts
5. To maintain and update the archives of archaeological reports and records of the Central Archaeological Repository;
6. To assist in maintaining the display of the archaeological artefacts, e.g. counting and checking the artefacts, opening and closing the display cabinets, securing the artefacts in their proper position, dusting and cleaning of the display cabinets;
7. To assist in handling archaeological artefacts retrieved and transported for exhibitions
8. To perform clerical duties, e.g. filing, photocopying, scanning, printing, binding and/or delivery of documents, answering the door, venue setting for meetings; and
9. To perform ad hoc duties when required, e.g. assisting in the organisation of education activities related to archaeology, conducting research on archaeological collection; supporting the logistics and ad hoc tasks in local archaeological works.
