Responsibilities:
- Participate in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal and other HR projects;
- Handle payroll processing including personal data, leave and attendance records to ensure all records are accurate;
- Prepare and update various HR related reports in quality and timely manner;
- Assist to organize and collaborate the staff activities;
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- - 1 - 2 years’ solid HR experience in sizable company, with exposure in retail industry is an advantage;
- - Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance and HRIS System;
- - Responsible, proactive and able to work independently;
- - Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing, strong Excel skills in an advantage;
- - Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
