Detailed job description:
(a) Handover the daily issues with previous shift Assistant Manager on any special or emergency cases if any
(b) Accurately report daily hotel incidents in the Assistant Manager logbook
(c) Check Assistant Manager safety box items
(d) Patrol within the hotel premises
(e) Monitor rooms inventory, check guest arrival list, room assignments, create any on-day rooms booking and cashier duties
(f) Reply emails to guests if any inquiries arise/to travel agencies in regards to booking information
(g) Monitor overall front office operations and manage the staff performance
(h) Check in and check out, assisting guests to keep luggage services and taxi services
(i) Handle all emergency cases occurred at hotel (eg. Door ajar/ unlock/double lock room/ unlock safety box/ lost and found services/guest injury)
(j) Handle all guest complaints and comments
(The applied post is required to supervise/ train staff)
Working hours:
1) 07:30-16:30 (Including 1 hour of Meal/Rest break)
2) 08:00-17:00 (Including 1 hour of Meal/Rest break)
3) 11:00-20:00 (Including 1 hour of Meal/Rest break)
4) 15:15-00:15 (Including 1 hour of Meal/Rest break)
5) 23:30-08:30 (Including 1 hour of Meal/Rest break)
8 working hours per day, Shift work required
Language requirement (spoken, reading & writing):
Fair spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Fair reading and written Chinese and English
Minimum entry requirements:
Secondary 5
4 years of relevant working experience
Skill test is not required
