Job Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process, including tendering, contract negotiations, and subcontractor/supplier agreements
- Collect, expand, and introduce high-quality subcontractor resources in Hong Kong, establish and maintain the subcontractor resource database in Hong Kong region
- Prepare subcontract budgets, cost estimation and analysis, measurements & other quantity surveying practices
- Check payment claims and final accounts settlement
- Review tender and contract documents, including take-off quantities
- Monitor the project progress and assist in the valuation of variations
- Support negotiation and award project sub-package
- Liaise with external and internal parties on contractual matters
- Collaborate with the team to solve problems and ensure project success

Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Procurement, Supply Management or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience gained from sizeable organization, preferably in construction industry
- Experience in quantity surveying is highly preferred
- Experience in running an open tender bidding is a must
- Strong knowledge of procurement standard/regulation, processes and procedures will be an advantage
- Excellent understanding of construction contracts, tender processes, and commercial management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in using relevant quantity surveying software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Experience in Civil projects is advantageous
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor Clerk
