Job Description:
-Develop and curate content for social media, email marketing, and online ordering platform. And assist in setting up promotional offers to boost sales.
-Design some branding materials like menus, tent cards and digital assets.
-Support daily marketing operations and administrative tasks.
-Support CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention.
-Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
-Carry out and complete ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by Management
Job Requirement:
-Creative, Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with pleasant personality and positive attitude towards new challenges.
-Strong organization skills and attentive to details
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word), AI and Photoshop.
-Familiar with web tools, web page layout and web interface technologies.
-Excellent inter-personal skills and able to work independently.
-Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
-Diploma or above in any disciplines with at least 1-2 years working experience.
-Fresh graduate will also be considered as Sales & Marketing Assistant
